Purchase LTV

Provides a look back at original purchase and calculates loan-to-value based upon that date.

Current Estimated Combined LTV

Based upon the amortized loan balances and considering all open liens on the property, Quantarium recalculates the current LTV every three months utilizing its industry-leading QVM.

Current Estimated Monthly P&I

As a result of the quarterly loan amortization process, Quantarium provides the resulting Principal and Interest portions of the payment.

Loan Assignment Info

Quantarium identifies the most recent assignment activity on each of the open liens and reports the most recent assigned lender, the date of the most recent assignment and the number of times the loan was assigned.

Current Estimated Interest Rate

Quantarium uses proprietary logic for estimated interest rates when not available from document recordings. This estimates the origination loan rate and, when applicable, recalculates adjustable rate loans based upon the loan attributes provided.

Current Estimated Loan Value

Quantarium amortizes the loan quarterly for first trust mortgages to reflect the most recent estimated principal balance.

Current Estimated Equity
